Conditions for your stay at the Residence Sonia
Learn here the general terms and conditions and further information for a holiday in our apartments in La Villa in South Tyrol
Booking:
- Your booking will be considered as binding and definite only if accompanied by a deposit. The amount of the deposit will be determined at the time of booking.
- From 01.01.2018 the 'temporary visitor' tax will be of 2,30 € per person/per day (Except children up to 14 years). The temporary visitor tax is not included in the price and must be paid before departure.
- Normally, the arrival and departure day is Saturday (above all during high and medium season).
- Properly made bookings are submitted to the Italian hotel regulations.
- On the day of arrival the apartment will be available at 3.00 p.m., except otherwise agreed.
- If you arrive after 7.00 p.m., you are kindly requested to communicate it by phone.
- On the day of departure you are kindly requested to leave the apartment within 09.30 a.m., except otherwise agreed.
- We are sure you will understand that if you should arrive late or leave early, we will charge you the whole price agreed for the stay.
- In compliance with art. 1385 and 1386 of the Italian civil code, the deposit will not be returned if you cancel your stay with short notice.
Payment conditions:
- Please pay the invoice of your stay by the end of the vacation with online bank transfer, cash or electronic cards.
Cancellation and trip interruption insurance

Pets:
- Only small size animals (max. 11 kg) are admitted.
- The owner of the pet will be held responsible for any damage caused to objects and furniture.
- An additional fee of 70.00 € will be charged for the cleaning and disinfection of the apartment.
